Waitlist Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Waitlist Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the A-Line Cloud waitlist and referral program operated by A-Line Services ("we", "us", or "our"). By joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the waitlist and referral program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide a valid, non-disposable email address
  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
  • Not be located in a country where participation would violate local laws

3. Waitlist Position

Your position on the waitlist is determined by a combination of factors including signup time, referral points, and verified referrals. We reserve the right to adjust waitlist positions at our discretion to ensure fair participation. Having a higher position does not guarantee early access, as we may also consider other factors such as use case, geographic location, and capacity when inviting users.

4. Referral Program

4.1 How It Works: Each verified user receives a unique referral link. When someone signs up using your link and verifies their email, you earn points and progress toward reward tiers.

4.2 Verification Requirement: Referrals only count when the referred person verifies their email address. Unverified signups do not contribute to your tier progress.

4.3 Fair Use: The referral program is intended for genuine referrals to real people. Creating fake accounts, using bots, or any form of manipulation will result in disqualification and removal from the waitlist.

4.4 Self-Referrals: Referring yourself using multiple email addresses is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Rewards

5.1 Reward Tiers: Rewards are offered at various tier levels based on verified referrals. Current tiers and their benefits are described on our referral program page and may be updated at any time.

5.2 Reward Conditions: Rewards are conditional on: (a) maintaining compliance with these Terms, (b) having at least one verified referral remain active at the time of redemption, and (c) activating your A-Line Cloud account when access is granted. Rewards that have been earned but not yet redeemed may be forfeited if you violate these Terms.

5.3 Reward Fulfillment: Rewards will be applied to your A-Line Cloud account upon launch and activation. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

5.4 Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program, reward tiers, point values, and associated benefits at any time and without prior notice. This includes the right to change the rewards associated with each tier, adjust the number of referrals required to reach a tier, or remove rewards entirely. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor existing verified referrals, we are not obligated to provide any specific reward if the program is modified or discontinued.

5.5 Expiration: Reward credits (compute minutes, free months, discounts) may be subject to expiration. Unless otherwise specified, rewards must be redeemed within 12 months of your A-Line Cloud account activation. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of account activation.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using fake email addresses
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate referrals
  • Paying or offering incentives for referrals outside our program
  • Misrepresenting A-Line Cloud or making false claims
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages to generate referrals
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Data & Privacy

We collect and process your email address and referral activity as described in our Privacy Policy. We use fraud detection measures including email verification, rate limiting, and device fingerprinting to maintain program integrity.

8. Communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your waitlist status, referrals, and account. You may also opt in to receive updates about A-Line Cloud. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in our emails.

9. No Guarantee of Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to A-Line Cloud. We reserve the right to determine who receives access and when, regardless of waitlist position or tier status. A-Line Cloud is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding availability, features, or timing.

10. Termination

We may terminate your participation in the waitlist at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also remove yourself from the waitlist by contacting us at hello@a-line.be.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the waitlist shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
