1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using A-Line Cloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

A-Line Cloud is a managed Kubernetes deployment platform that provides infrastructure services including application hosting, database management, and related developer tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Host content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining without authorisation

5. Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Specific service level agreements may be provided under separate commercial agreements.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we implement backup procedures, we are not liable for data loss.

7. Payment and Billing

Pricing and payment terms will be provided when the Service becomes generally available. During the alpha period, usage may be provided at no charge or at preferential rates as communicated separately.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A-Line Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
